Orange Sky Tours is registered under Dept. Of Tourism and Civil Aviation by Govt. of Himachal Pradesh with Reg. No.” DTO-MND-11-141/2019-1944” and is two hundred percent dedicated in smooth execution of your holidays with the rock bottom prices and sky high services.

Orange Sky Tours applies various terms and conditions on the user for instance browsing, interaction, or  bookings done through our website. Therefore user must read the following T&C carefully and must provide his consent.

Ownership & Agreement

The website and all modules are exclusively reserved by Orange Sky Tours and its third party providers i.e. hoteliers, transporters, travel agents, airlines etc. The conditions may vary in different service providers, hence while agreeing with our terms and conditions you are obliged to follow their also. In addition to that, we have full authority to modify/abandon any of the agreement without any prior notice. So do visit our website for updated version of the agreement or T& C.

The contents of the website are strictly prohibited for any unauthorised use. The use of data without permission brings the violation of copyright laws consequently resulting in court judgement by Law.

As the website is in an continuous process for modifications, it’s recommended to contact us for the up to date informations. We will not be responsible if the user undergoes in any service issues like cost increments during any bookings done without consulting us.

Bookings :

You need to pay a deposit of 50% to hold the bookings for the tour services. Accordingly we will forward you the invoice of your tour details and the balance payment details which you need to clear just before the starting of the tour.

Orange Sky Tours will not be liable in following scenarios towards the customer :

• Bookings done directly on portals without consulting us.
• Natural Calamities such as Road blocks, Landslides, Bad weather, Political disturbance, Govt. policies in certain areas etc. No refunds will be done in these cases.
• Any unveiled services by the customer will not be exchanged in other services & no refunds will be done.
• Customer must clear the payments in the given time, otherwise we have full authority to terminate the bookings.
• We may change the hotel/transport /airlines and on the spot also but the changes will be done in similar category or upgraded only.
• In case of any disputes like customer denies to pay the amount for any availed or non-availed services due to their fault or any external factors we have full authority to terminate the services immediately whether during on tour and file a case in the jurisdiction of Bilaspur(H.P.)/Delhi. Customer must persistently report at the court of jurisdiction.

Above mentioned Terms & Conditions binds Orange Sky Tours and you in a contract of acceptance to which user must adhere. By this agreement you notify us that you have understood our rights and restrictions on you and you will cooperate and will not do any violations.
